Step 1: Navigate and Login to the Control Panel

  1. Open your web browser and go to control.itsyltd.uk.
  2. Enter your login credentials (email and password) to access your control panel.

Step 2: Access the MasterFTP Section

  1. Once logged in, locate your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on your name to reveal a drop-down menu.
  3. From the menu, select MasterFTP.

Step 3: Unlock FTP Access

  1. You will see a box labelled IP Address. Your public IP address should automatically populate this field.

Step 4: Note the FTP Server Details

  • FTP Server: masterftp.stackcp.com
Important: This server address differs from the standard FTP servers you might be used to, so please make a note of it.

Step 5: Configure Your FTP Program

  1. Open your preferred FTP program (e.g., FileZilla, Cyberduck).
  2. Enter the following details to establish a connection:
    • Server: masterftp.stackcp.com
    • Username: The email address you used to log in to control.itsyltd.uk.
    • Password: The same password you used for control.itsyltd.uk.

Step 6: Access Your Files

  • Once connected, you will see a list of all your websites. You now have FTP file access for each of these sites.
  • Navigate through the directories to upload, download, or manage your files as needed.

This process provides you with a streamlined way to manage multiple hosting accounts through a single FTP connection. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
