Follow these simple steps to add a new email account:

  1. Log in
    Go to my.itsolutionsyorkshire.uk and log in with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Services
    Click on "Services" in the main menu, then select "My Services".

  3. Select Your Hosting Account
    Find and click on your hosting account from the list.

  4. Access the Control Panel
    Click "Log in to Control Panel".

  5. Manage Your Domain
    Click "Manage" next to the domain where you want to add the mailbox.

  6. Go to Email Accounts
    In the Email section, click on "Email Accounts".

  7. Create a New Email Account
    In the "Create Email Account" section, enter the desired username for your new email address, then click "Create Email Account".

  8. Find Your New Email Account
    In the "Modify Email Accounts" section, you will see your newly created email account along with a randomly generated password.

Optional:

  1. Set Your Own Password
    If you'd like to set a custom password, enter it in the password field and click "Save".
