Our system automatically sends a reminder 14 days before the renewal date. This reminder is an additional notice to help you prepare for the upcoming renewal, separate from the invoice. An invoice for the renewal is raised 7 days before the renewal date to give you ample time to process payment.
Automatic Domain Renewal
To maintain seamless service, our system is set to renew domains 28 days before their expiry date. While this proactive approach might seem early, it ensures there is reduced risk of service disruption, allowing your domain to remain active and accessible without any last-minute concerns.
